Healthy mind and body
This is a full package of coaching to help you reach your full potential to live a full, fit and healthy life. It begins with an initial questionnaire, followed by weekly update emails where we'll look at your overall mind and body well-being. We'll work together through different ways off exploring how I can help you to help yourself! We will develop exercise programmes suited to you and your life, and I'll coach you through nutrition advice depending on what your needs / goals are. We can also look at any difficulties you might be having with specific aspects of health . The focus is very much on YOU. The more honest you can be and the more you put into this, the more you will gain from it! We will work together towards setting and achieving goals that will help you find a path towards a happier healthier life.

After that - £100 per month
Fitness first
This package is designed to help you train for a specific event! Whether you are starting out on your first 5k run or trek, or aiming to improve your marathon or triathlon time your package will be tailored to your specific goal event, to fit into your life. We'll begin with an initial questionnaire, followed by weekly emails. If your event is 6 weeks away - opt for at least 2 months support to allow for post-event recovery coaching.

Following that - Full package £80 month

Food first
This package focusses specifically on Nutrition. If you know that you are pretty much on-track with your training and need some advice on how to support your workouts better to achieve your goals, you simply are not yet in a place to start a workout program or you know that you do need some specialised nutrition advice and support then this is the package for you.
As a certified Body Type Nutrition coach I have been trained to work very much with the individual - YOU are unique and need advice and guideline tailored very specifically to you, your body, your life and your goals. We'll look at how you eat now, how you've eaten in the past, your overall health, likes, dislikes, home life etc. We'll pinpoint any intolerances you may have, and work with any specific health issues such as high cholesterol / diabetes.

Following that - £80 month
Coaching call
At any time in your program you can choose to have a one-to-one coaching call via your preferred media (skype, viber etc.) You may want to include this as a monthly catch-up to go into any issues in more depth, or you may hit a point when you need a bit of extra support.
